The MoU Exchange Program between Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. and Investment & Development Authority of Nagaland (IDAN) was held at the Bamboo Hall, Naga Heritage Village, Kisama on 2nd December 2025. The MoU is to implement key Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the company, with the objective on strengthening Healthcare Infrastructure and improving educational facilities at Kohima and Dimapur.

             Chief Minister of Nagaland, Dr. Neiphiu Rio in his address thanked Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt Ltd for choosing Nagaland in its CSR initiatives. He mentioned that having Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. as Health Partners is with an intend to improve its public health services, enhance learning empowerment and create more long-term social impact in life. He stated that healthcare system in the State is not in place due to geographical isolation and lack of facilities and expressed hope that the present initiative will bring change in the life of the people.

            Director, Project SVP & CCO, Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt Ltd, Sudeep Santram Dalvi, speaking on the occasion stated that Toyota's initiative for the region and the corporate responsibility is to work for meaningful social economic development. He said that as Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. extend its engagement and connection with Nagaland, they would like to focus on social impact as well as the community including education and health. He stated that Nagaland has their biggest priority and hoped that families and children will be benefitted through their initiatives.

Advisor to Chief Minister & Chairman, IDAN, Abu Metha gave the introductory note. The MoU Exchange ceremony between Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. and Investment & Development Authority of Nagaland was signed by Chief Minister, Dr. Neiphiu Rio and Director, Project SVP & CCO, Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd., Sudeep Santram Dalvi.
