Deputy Commissioner, Phek, Rhosietho Nguori, NCS, convened a co- ordination meeting at DC's Conference Hall Phek, on 9th April, 2026 in view of the proposed visit of the Governor of Nagaland, Nand Kishore Yadav to Phek District on 15th April, 2026.
DC brief the members on latest itineraries received in regard to the Governor’s visit and directed all the concerned departments to stay prepared with up-to-date data on various schemes and projects being undertaken by the government for the benefit of the public. He also highlighted the Governor’s interest in interacting with the beneficiaries of various government schemes from the district. 
The DC further emphasize that departments should have a fair idea of each other roles to ensure smooth coordination. Departments to have CSS are Medical department, PHED, Education department, Rural development, Water resources, Agriculture, Veterinary, Land resources, Social welfare, Fisheries, CPO, Supply.
DC also reminded all the departments to be prepared for presentation/interaction related to their respective schemes and projects.
The list of departments shortlisted for power point presentations will be released by 14th April.
