The office of the CDPO Tseminyu organised a block-level cooking competition at BDO office, Tseminyu on 18th September 2024 which was graced by EAC (Dev) Tseminyu, Molosangla Ozukum as the special guest.

During the event, Ozukum appreciated CDPO Tseminyu and its staff for putting up a very good show. She emphasized on involving more stakeholders in such activities to widen the platform to showcasing one's talent, especially in promoting the local organic foods which has medicinal value. Molosangla Ozukum further impressed upon all the participants to imbibe the culture of organic cooking. She also stressed on the importance of cooking practice even by the male.

The program was chaired by Hannah Lorin. The welcome address was delivered by Obed Magh, Sr.supervisor CDPO office Tseminyu while the vote of thanks was delivered by Allen Seb, Block Coordinator Tseminyu. 

The special guest also gave away the prizes to the winners of the competition where Tseminyu Town secured the first position. Chunlikh came in second while Tsokhinsin & Phenda Village shared the third position.
