The Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji, IAS has informed that in view of the poor bearing capacity of the sub- grade of NH 702D and until its upgradation to 2 - Lane NH, there will be a restriction on plying of overloaded truck/ dumper carrying wet sand along the said stretch of the highway w.e.f the issue of this order until further notice.
