The District Administration, Noklak informed that the M/S Naagaamii Infractech Pvt. Ltd. is allowed to carry out Rock Blasting in between Noklak-Nokhu Road (Old alignment) from 25^th February to 1^st March 2025 with the following terms and conditions:

1.  Public and traffic movement on the stretch shall be restricted from 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM on the specified dates to ensure smooth progress of the work without endangering the safety of the commuter/travellers. At all other times, the road shall be kept open for movement of traffic.
2. The company should follow all relevant rules of the explosive Act/Rule, 2008.
3. The company shall be held responsible for any damage to the life and property caused during the execution of the work.
4. Commuter/Travellers are advised to use the Noklak-Nokhu road (New alignment) during the said period.
