Deputy Commissioner, Tuensang, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa has notify that, in pursuance to the Social Welfare Department letter NO.SW/GEN-2/12/14 (pt) Dated Kohima the 30th January 2025, all Government and Private Offices, Establishment, Organisation, School and Colleges under Tuensang District are hereby directed to constitute an Internal Complaint Committee under the Provisions of Chapter lll Section 5 & Section 4 of the Sexual Harassment of women at Workplace (Prevention Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013 (POSH Act).

In addition, the Private Organisation, Establishment, School and Colleges are to register their respective Organisations in the She- Box Portal by clicking https://shebox.wed.gov.in.

Further, a report on the constitution of the Internal Complaints Committee should be submitted to the Deputy Commissioner Office on or before 11th February 2025 for onward submission to the Government.
