The School Education Department has informs all Heads of Government Schools (Teachers-in-Charge, Headmasters/Asst. Headmasters/Principals/Vice Principals) to submit the following reports to their respective DEOs/SDEOs on or before 18th December 2025:

Executive Summary of 2025 Academic Year detailing class-wise data of students’ performance (enrolled, appeared and passed). A separate report may be submitted for High Schools and Higher Secondary Schools (enrolled and appearing HSLC and HSSLC examinations) Class-wise 2025 attendance registers from Class Nursery till Class 9.

Month-wise 2025 attendance report of all individual, teachers and staff including details on leave taken. 

Sample copy of 2025 class-wise weekly time-table for all classes.

Report on all teachers, including head of school, in regard to total number of periods taught per week (assigned classes per week) in 2025.

All DEOs/Sr. SDEOs/SDEOs are directed to ensure compilation of data for all schools under their respective jurisdiction and submit the hard copies to Dispatch & Receipt Section, Room No.1 (318) on 22nd December 2025 at the Directorate of School Education.
