District Monitoring Committee on Accessibility Election (DMCAE), meeting was held under the chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner & Electoral Registration Officer, Mokokchung, Chumlamo Humtsoe at DC's Conference Room, Mokokchung on 22nd May 2025.

Assistant Election Officer, Renben Mozhui highlighted the role and responsibilities of all the committee members. During the meeting the members thoroughly discussed and deliberated on actionable measures to enhance accessibility for PwDs and Senior Citizens in the electoral process in line with the guidelines issued by the Election Commissions of India.
