Drugs worth ₹3149800/- (Thirty One Lakhs Forty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred) were destroyed on 14th Oct 2024 at Wokha Town Council dumping site. The destroyed consignments include Spasmo Proxyvon, Nitrozepam, saltumol, alprazolam and brown sugar.
The destroyed drugs were seized on different occasions in between 2020 to 2022 in this connection 15 cases were registered under Wokha Police Station.
The consignments were destroyed in the presence of SP, Wokha Aotula T Imchen (IPS), SDPO Wokha, EAC (Judl) Wokha, Prosecuting Inspector and Staff.
