A fertility camp under Rashtriya Gokul Mission (RGM) 2025-26 Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Government of India (GOI) implemented by National Livestock Development Board (NLDB) was conducted at Lio-longidang village, Changpang block and Merapani village, Bhandari on February 21st and 25th, 2026 respectively.
A free Anti Rabies vaccination camp was also held at Litchuyan Village Changpang block, on 23rd February 2026, as part of Aspirational area initiative. 
During the programme the resource person, Dr. Kikali G Sumi, highlighted the importance of anti -rabies vaccination and sterilization.
The farmers were distributed Minerals mixture, de-wormers and veterinary medicines, more the 50 farmers benefitted from said the camp.
