Deputy Commissioner, Kohima, B. Henok Buchem, presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Census Enumerator Ketseinuo Sote at his office chamber on 10 July in recognition of her sincerity and commitment in carrying out the House Listing and House Census exercise under Kohima Sadar Rural Charge.

Sote became the first enumerator to complete the physical fieldwork in Enumeration Block (EB) No. 0027. Presenting the certificate, the Deputy Commissioner said the Principal Census Office has been closely monitoring the work of all personnel engaged in the Census exercise, observing their progress, addressing challenges faced in the field, and extending necessary support to ensure the smooth conduct of the exercise.

The certificate was presented as a token of appreciation for her dedication and timely completion of the field visits. The district administration clarified that while the physical enumeration work in EB No. 0027 has been completed, the Census process remains open and the remaining official procedures are yet to be completed.
