The Pungro Sub-division administration, following a directive from the Home Department and the Deputy Commissioner of Kiphire, organized a mass social work in Pungro Town on October 21, 2024.

The initiative saw wide participation from residents, government officials, NGOs, and local businesses. Participants worked together to clean public spaces, clear drainage systems, and improve town infrastructure.
