As part of the State-wide Mass Social Work initiated by the Government of Nagaland, a cleanliness and beautification drive was carried out across Dimapur district on November 12, 2025.

The social work in Dimapur was led by Dr. Tinojongshi Chang, NCS, Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur, along with administrative officers, government employees, and volunteers from various departments, civil society organizations, and village councils.

During the drive, participants cleared roadside debris, cleaned public spaces and market areas.

The Deputy Commissioner appreciated the active participation of all stakeholders and encouraged the continuation of such community-led initiatives to keep Dimapur clean and beautiful.
