In view of the upcoming 77th Republic Day celebration, a co-ordination meeting with the heads of offices was held at ADC Conference Hall, Medziphema on 12th January 2026.

Chairing the meeting, ADC P. James Swu briefed on the importance of Republic Day celebration. The house discussed on the work distribution and deliberated at length chalking out the Republic Day celebration programme.

The ADC assigned all the departments, both state and central, with various tasks and asked the members to render support to each other as a team in delivering their duties sincerely. Swu also reminded the officers to hoist the tricolour flag by 6 A.M. It was also decided to conduct a social workat Medziphema on 23th January 2026 from 6 A.M 

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks from the chairman.
