The Monthly meeting of District planning Development Board Meluri was held on 11th June 2025 at DB's Court Meluri.
Advisor N&RE and NSDMA and chairman DPDB Meluri, Z. Nyusietho Nyuthe, extended his warm welcome to all members to the 2nd DPDB meeting of Meluri District . The deliberation commenced with the review of the last DPDB meeting, pertaining to opening of New private School at Shilloi Lake Lütsam which was approved.
The new agendas includes: upgradation SDO (PWD) to E,E office; Setting up of Co-operative bank at the district headquarter; The house proposed for the necessity of a sub-treasury for the new district; Correction of AVANGKHU village nomenclature to that of AVAKHUNG village; The house proposed MILLET as One District One Product (ODOP) for Meluri District; Shifting of 5th NAP camp to the new complex which was meant for DIET Institution; Upgradation of forest ranger to DFO and to establish SBI Branch at Weziho.
Power point presentation was delivered by Dr. A. Limanukshi, Senior Medical officer, CHC Meluri.
Earlier, Advisor N&RE and NSDMA, Z. Nyuthe presented a new excavator (JCB) for DDMA Meluri.
