Special Assistance to State for Capital Investment (SASCI) sponsored road connecting Yali Noksen Village was inaugurated by MLA, Lima Onen Chang on 3rd February 2025.
Chang in his remark appreciated the Chief Minister of Nagaland for assisting Noksen Constituency in general and Yali and Noksen villages in particular for enabling road construction through SASCI project. Speaking on the occasion he encouraged the gathering that truth shall prevail, and also exhorted not to be a victim of bribe and miss judgments. Chang is of the view that linking villages through road will not only meet the needs of the basic amenities but will also forge stronger connections with neighbouring villages and concluded by encouraging the gathering to unite and look forward to prosperity.
Shokomong chairman, Yali Village Council and Sandong Chang, President Yali Mutlie Thangjam, Tuensang also delivered short speeches.
