- For Chartering requisition must be submitted to General Manager Office. NST Dimapur atleast 48 Hrs ahead of the intended schedule sortie.
- For Medical Evacuation, fit to fly certificate of the patient duly certified by a Registered Medical Practitioner is Mandatory.

Note:
- For Chartering atleast 48 Mrs. requisition in advance to be submitted to GM's Office, NST Dimapur and additional 10 Minutes Flying Time shall be added for flying from Hangar to Apron & vice versa for chartering cases. Incase of Medical Evacuation, fit to fly certificate of the patient duly certified by a Registered Medical Practitioner is mandatory.
- The passenger carrying capacity for every sector will depend upon the load/weight of the passengers and maximum baggage of 5 Kgs. per passenger.
- Operation of the State Helicopter Service is subject to weather & technical conditions.
- Operation of Service on every Sector shall be subject to availability of atleast 80% load factor on both ways and availability of safe landing Helipad.
