ADC Pungro, James T. Khulu, NCS has issued a circular prohibiting the sale and use of alcohol or any other intoxicating substances in Pungro Town during the Tsungkamnyo Mini Hornbill Festival to be held from 15th to 17th January 2025. The prohibition was to maintain public peace, and the violators shall be subject to prosecution under the Nagaland Liquor Total Prohibition Act, 1989.
