Shamator DPDB meeting was convened on 14th February 2025 under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner of Shamator, Chubatemjen, NCS. The meeting commenced with greeting from the chair followed by review of previous meeting agendas.

During the meeting, the Board approved various agendas such as: Proposal for construction of DC Bungalow; Restoration of Circular Road from PHED Ward- St. Xavier Colony to NAP Ward.; Proposal for New Police outpost at Yakor Village jurisdiction; Registration of Labour & Skill Welfare Society and Shojang Welfare Society, and Proposal for construction of New BDO office and Quarter at RD Block Shamator.
