The Monthly Coordination Meeting of Chiephobozou Sub-Division was held on 10th June 2025 at DB's Court, Chiephobozou.

The meeting was held to discuss the departmental staffing patterns and land-related issues of the respective office complex.

Chairing the meeting, ADC, Chiephobozou, Alemyapang Longchar stressed the need for improvement of the staff attendance and working system in the Sub-Division. He requested that all concerned coordinate in each department through teamwork. He also asked the Chiephobozou Town Council to go for a check since the lack of attendance of staff in all the departments under Chiephobozou has been a serious issue. 

The members also welcomed the newly posted EAC Chiephobozou, Moasunep K Jinger and OC, Thepfusazo Yase, while the Deputy Chairperson, CTC, Kekhrieneinuo Zumvu, exhorted the members and asked the government employees to be present in their respective offices to address the public grievances. Departmental activities were highlighted by the department of PWD, Medical, Social Welfare, and Agriculture.
