As part of SWACHHATA Hi Seva 2024, a cleanliness drive was conducted at Kisima Naga Heritage Village on 18th September 2024. The Campaign was organised by PHED, Kohima Rural/Urban Division, Joint collaboration with Phesama village Council and Kigwema village council.

In his keynote address, Principal Secretary PHED, E. Mhonbemo Patton, IAS highlighted the importance and objectives of the Compaign and said that some selected areas was given special attention to, one of which is Kisama.

He also acknowledged Phesama and Kigwema villages for cooperation, support and looks forward for active participation till hornbill festival.

A Swachhata Pledge was initiated by Lhousikhono Zinyu while Mass Shramdaan (segregation of plastic wastes) by volunteers. Vote of thanks was pronounced by Chairman Village Council, Phesama, Bizo. M. The program was conducted by IEC & WASH Consultant PHED Kohima, Urban Division, Vibou Seyie.
