The Tseminyu District Development & Planning Board cum Advent Christmas was celebrated at DC conference hall, Tseminyu on 11th December 2025. The program was chaired by Mhomo Tungoe. ADC Tseminyu. In his welcome address, MLA & Chairman DPDB Tseminyu, Jwenga Seb said the main purpose of the board is to serve the people and urged the members of the board to discharge their duties with dedication and commitment.

DC Tseminyu highlighted the last meeting minutes and declaration of Tobacco Free zone offices in all the government departments under the district. Informing that fishing, hunting and liquor are being banned, he said it can only be achieved through the church and people’s participation.

The program commenced with invocation prayer by Dr Asano Sophie, SMO Tseminyu followed by a congregational hymn, Hark the herald Angels sing and Scripture reading by Sentimenla Pongener, DPO Social Welfare Department. Special number was presented by Mhathung Ngullie, EAC Tseminyu. Wasenmo Apon, Principal BHSS, Tseminyu shared the word of God.  The program culminated with a vote of thanks pronounced by Meyikokba Jamir DPO & member secretary DPDB, Tseminyu.
