Additional Deputy Commissioner, Noklak, M. Chaitanya Prasad, IAS, on 1st April 2020 informed on released of Grant-in-Aid to VDB under Noklak sub-Division. ADC stated that, as per the memorandum, No. RD/VDB-GIA -33/2017 (pt-I) dated Kohima, the 28th March 2020, State Government has released 50% of VDB households Grant - in Aid for current financial year 2019-20.

ADC mentioned that, villagers are allowed to utilize these funds mainly to address needs of village by way of setting up quarantine homes and for procurement of basic necessities in view of COVID-19 outbreak. 

Further, ADC advised all concerned to contact the concerned Block Development Officer for fund disbursal.
