Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pfutsero in an order directed all Village Councils and Ward Authorities under Pfutsero Sub-division thatimposition of any additional restrictions are not allowed such as setting up of gates,restricting traffic movement along the highways, restricting movement of dead bodies andnot allowing dead bodies to be brought to villages, restricting movement of frontline workersto perform bona-fide Government duties, restricting agricultural activities etc. withinrespective Villages and Wards except those Order or Guidelines issued by the StateGovernment/ District Task Force or Block Task force from time to time.

In pursuance of the Deputy Commissioner, Village authorities/Ward authorities have been informed that if any extra-ordinarycircumstances/ situations need additional restriction, the same may be communicated it to the District Task Force or Block Task force.

Further, the Village /Ward authorities have been asked to provide necessary help/assistance to the deceased family members in case of deaths due to Covid-19 in performing the last rites and burial. 

Any violation of this Order shall be penalised under relevant Sections of the Law.
