"Mothers are the backbone of a child's future", quoted Advisor Food & Civil Supply, Legal Metrology, K. Tokugha Sukhalu IAS (Rtd) as he was addressing the 7th annual session of Zunheboto area Totimi Loka at Yemishe village on 23rd November 2023. He narrated the story on how as a child his mother was behind the driving force to make him an officer and that he always gives credit to his mother for his success.

Therefore the advisor advised the mothers to be wise as always and always check or have a conversation with their children about their studies or else the child will go astray. He also encouraged the women folks to always be strong and never have a gender fear issue as these days various countries and states are governed or headed by female leaders. The Advisor requested the congregation specially the youths to preserve our rich culture and traditions as we will be known as Nagas through our cultural traditions only.

Lastly the advisor requested the congregation to identify anyone from the villages who are good in studies and wants to pursue for competitive exams like UPSC, NPSC, NSSB etc but cannot do so due to their parents financial problems, to bring them to him so that he will do whatever he can to make that person achieve his/her goal.

Earlier at the programme various cultural competitions, bible recitation competition and song competition followed.
