With prayer dedicatory prayer by Dr. S.J. Akhum Executive Secretary YBBA, Advisor I&PR, SCERT, Village Guards VG, Toshi Wungtung inaugurated Shiponger-Hühdangrü14 Km road on 27th January 2020, which was constructed by community mobilisation led by Throngso President and his official of Yimchungrü Tribal Council YTC.

            The President YTC also acknowledged Toshi Wungtung Advisor, I&PR, SCERT, Village Guards VG, former Brigadier Sheron 7th Sector, Amit Thakur Commandant 45 AR, Alula Z. Thsanso former YWO President, YBBA staffs, Yimchungrü Elite WhatsApp Blog and all the well wishers.
