Z. Nyusietho Nyuthe, the Advisor of New & Renewable Energy and NSDMA (National Disaster Management Authority), Government of Nagaland, honored the culmination fest of the 1st Meluri Winter Fest as a special guest on December 12, 2023.

Expressing his appreciation, Z. Nyuthe extended gratitude to the organizing committee, acknowledging the efforts of the administration and police in initiating such a beautiful program for the Meluri Town dwellers and Pochury as a whole. He urged the gathering to embrace love, peace, unity, and oneness, emphasizing the beauty of living together harmoniously.

Z. Nyuthe concluded by lighting the bonfire at the culmination fest program of the inaugural Meluri Winter Fest.

The 1st Winter Fest featured various competitions, including Christmas decorations, painting, and choral competitions. In the Christmas decoration category, Riiwie Ward, Miiluole II Ward, and Riingakiisii Ward secured the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes, respectively. For the choral competition, Madhoho, Wutsi, and Riiwie Ward claimed the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes. The culmination fest program was chaired by Chitsiarho Po, President of Miiluori Kiichienyiri Kiigharii (MKK).
