The Angami Gazetted Officers' Krotho (AGOK) is deeply shocked and saddened to learn of the untimely demise of Mr. T. Temjen Toy, IAS, Chief Secretary, Government of Nagaland, who breathed his last at Kohima on 28th January 2021. 

AGOK President, Dr. Kedozeto Punyü and General Secretary, Megolhou Dolie stated that with the passing of Toy, the state has lost a great man, not only as a senior bureaucrat but a true leader, building team spirit and camaraderie wherever he led. He possessed an innate charisma with a benevolent disposition that earned him the well-deserved respect and admiration from everybody he came in contact with. 

The Krotho on behalf of all its members expressed the feeling of pain and deep lost at his passing as he had been a great source of inspiration and encouragement to the Krotho, especially as he had laid the foundation stone for the Multi Utility Centre at AGOK Badze, Meriema on 9th November 2017. The Krotho had also been honoured to be part of Moatsu Festival Celebrations as his guests at his Official Residence on 2nd May 2019. 

The Krotho at this difficult time of grief and loss offers condolences to the bereaved family members, and hoped that the departed soul rest in peace.
