Under the initiative and supervision of District Administration of Peren led by DC Peren, Sentiwapang Aier, following the procedures as laid down in Nagaland State Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act, allotment of plots at Peren Govt. College site and Zeliangrong Baudi Hall area by lottery system was done on 26th February, 2021 at District Hq. Peren.

            NZPO President, Kevipelie Iheilung said in order to keep up the prospect for immediate human habitation as well as to give some facilities to college students and working staff of the college, a total of 20 plots was allotted at Peren Govt. College site to plot holders and the rest at Zeliangrong Baudi Hall area.
