A Two-day free anti-rabies vaccination awareness campaign on animal health care camp was conducted at Lower Forest Colony Kohima on 26th and 27th September 2022. The awareness programme was organized by the Veterinary Hospital Kohima.

  During the program Veterinary Surgeon, Dr. Elizabeth Yhome stressed the need for anti-rabies vaccination of dogs and cats as it also affects human beings. Altogether, 236 dogs were vaccinated during the campaign. The Forest Colony Council expressed heartfelt gratitude to the department for having concern for the residents.
