The Art, Music & Awareness Blend program was held at Community Hall, Kuthur village on 4th September 2025. As part of the special awareness programme under Mission Shakti, a painting and group song competition was conducted at Kuthur Village under Sotokur Circle organised by the district administration in collaboration with the District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW), Shamator. The programme was initiated by Mekato J. Aye, EAC Shamator.

The awareness programme focused on key issues including menstrual hygiene, Pradhan Mantri Vaya Vandana Yojana (PMVVY), and the campaign for Nasha Mukt Bharat. Students from five schools actively participated in the competitions, showcasing their creativity and talent while spreading messages of awareness and empowerment.

As part of the event, sanitary pads were distributed to promote menstrual hygiene among young girls. The gathering also witnessed the screening of various initiatives and success stories from the district, inspiring participants with examples of positive change. IEC materials were distributed to further strengthen awareness and understanding of government schemes.

Adding to the vibrancy of the programme, a cultural performance presented by womenfolk reflecting the rich traditions of the community. The event successfully combined awareness with creativity and culture, leaving a meaningful impact on both students and the local community.
