Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India, in collaboration with District Administration and Mokokchung Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (Alimco) conducted an Assessment Camp for Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) under Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana and ADIP Scheme at Community Health Center Changtongya, Mokokchung on 7th July 2022.

Altogether, 96 beneficiaries were assessed and registered during the assessment camp to avail of the facilities where ADIP (Disabled Person) identified 23 persons and RVY (Senior Citizen) 73 persons. SDO (C), Rorheu Peseyie, Dr. Imtijungshi SMO, staff from CHC Changtongya, Caritas India CBR staff, Mokokchung District Disabled Forum, and ALIMCO team led by Suman Kumar(Rehab Expert/Prosthetist & Orthotist attended at the camp.
