Minister, P. Bashangmongba Chang visited the construction site of the twin tower, Dwarka, New Delhi. He was accompanied by OSD (B) to CM, EE (housing) JE and the contractor. He also visited the renovation work which was going on in Nagaland house at R.K. Puram.
