The full text is as follows :

“As on today, the total number of positive cases in the State stands at 539. Out of this, the total active cases are 311 and 228 have recovered. All the positive persons are receiving medical care at the designated COVID-19 Hospitals. As per the severity of symptoms, all the 311 active cases are asymptomatic.

Till date, a total of 12,875 samples have been tested. Results of 12,088 samples have been received. Out of the 12,875 samples, 8,259 samples have been received at the BSL-3 lab at the Naga Hospital Authority Kohima (NHAK) and the BSL-2 lab at CIHSR, Dimapur and a total of 8,213 samples have been tested, out of which 425 samples have tested positive.

A total of 6,543 samples have been tested by Truenat, out of which 150 samples tested positive and sent for confirmation by RT-PCR.

A total of 4,181 persons are presently under Facility Quarantine.

Please practise frequent hand washing with soap and water or alcohol based sanitizers, proper respiratory etiquettes, and wear face mask in public places.”
