The Block Task Force Pfutsero meeting was held on 14th May 2021.The meeting was chaired by EAC, Pfutsero and attended by SDPO, Pfutsero, SMO, CHC, Pfutsero, Pfutsero Town Welfare Committee, Head GB Pfutsero and Chairman of all the wards of Pfutsero Town to discuss total lockdown measures and enforcement of the same.

The following orders will be followed at Pfutsero sub division during the lockdown period.

1.         All activities and movement of person (s) shall be suspended during the lockdown period except permitted activities: 

i. Movement of essential commodities & medical supplies.

ii. Healthcare facilities 

iii. Permitted government departments as listed 

iv. Petrol/diesel outlets v. Electronic/print media/internet service providers vi. Lodgings with minimum staffs. Hotels/restaurants to provide packed foods only. No in house dining allowed. 

vii. Funeral services shall be allowed with 20 persons maintaining all COVID-19 SOPS and measures. 

2.         Movement of all private and public transport vehicles shall be suspended except for

1. Medical emergencies with recommendation from MS/SMO/MO 
2. Special Movement Permits from the BTF for other cases. 
3. Government vehicles performing bonafide government duty 

3.         All mass gatherings shall be closed and all social/ political/ sports/ entertainment/ academic/ cultural/ religious functions shall be barred. 

4.         Solemnization of weddings shall be permitted with prior permission of Block Task Force limit to 20 persons. 

5.         Shops selling vegetables, fish/meat vendors, milk booths, bakeries, local grocery stores, shop selling animal feeds shall be open from 06:00 AM to 12:00 noon. ONE PERSON PER FAMILY SHALL BE ALLOWED TO SHOP ESSENTIAL NEEDS ADVISABLY FROM WITHIN THEIR COLONY ONLY. 

6.         Agricultural and allied activities and construction activities will be permitted. Magistrates, police and dobashis will stop vehicles to ascertain purpose. 50% occupancy shall be allowed in vehicles.

7.         Construction activities to be permitted on the following conditions: 

1. To engage not more than 5 laborers at the construction sites 
2. Slap casting (Dalai) shall be banned during the total lockdown period 
3. Laborers shall commute only between home and work site 
4. NHIDCL, Company and Contractors to ensure that labourers and officials strictly commute from home to work. 

8.         No person shall be allowed to visit homes/loiter around for non-essential purposes.

9.         Passengers shall remain in vehicles while being screened and checked at Police Check Gate, PWD, Pfutsero 

10.       All the permitted shops to mark social distancing spots outside their shops.

11.       All the Ward Authorities are asked to make wide publicity in their respective wards. 

12.       All the wards in Pfutsero town to follow and enforce the same lockdown measures in across Pfutsero Town and sub-division 

13.       All standing COVID-19 SOPS and protocols are to be strictly followed for persons who go out/travel on essential purposes. 

14.       Strict enforcement of Total Lockdown measures and penalties shall be imposed.
