With reference to the bye-election to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, 2020 from 14-Southern Angami-i (st) and 60-Pungro-Kiphire (st) assembly constituencies, the office of the CEO Nagaland has notified the following:

1. the 16th October, 2020 (Friday), as the last date for making nominations;
2. the 17th October. 2020 (Saturday), as the date for the scrutiny of nominations;
3. the 19th October, 2020 (Monday), as the last date for the withdrawal of candidatures;
4. the 3rd November, 2020 (Tuesday), as the date on which a poll shall, if necessary, be taken; and
5. the 12th November, 2020 (Thursday), as the date before which the election shall be completed; and

1. Fixes the hours from 6.00A.M to 4.00P.M as the hours during which the poll shall, if necessary, be taken on the date specified above for the election.
