Advisor for CAWD and Taxes Kudecho Khamo marked the occasion of the 77th Independence Day celebrations by inaugurating the CCTV system at Women Police Station Phek on August 15, 2023.

Khamo highlighted on the dual nature of security prevailing in society and emphasized that police play a pivotal role in ensuring peace, harmony, and security for the citizens. He expressed concern on the vulnerability of women and children in situations where law enforcement fails and assured to advocate for better facilities and support for the police department from the government.
