Childline Advisory Board Mon held a meeting on 22nd October 2021 at the Conference Hall of the Office of Deputy Commissioner Mon. The meeting was chaired by DC Mon, Thavaseelan K, IAS. 
Presentation on Childline 1098 was given by Nodal Director & Governing Board Member, Childline India Foundation, Subonenba Longkumer. Longkumer highlighted the services, activities, cases and structure of Childline 1098. He stated that the service has been operational in the country for the past 25 years across 602 District with 6 District in Nagaland. He highlighted that Childline 1098 also provides counseling services besides the rescue missions. He urged upon the members continue to give their support to Childline Mon so that the service can be availed by all. 
The members deliberated on various agenda including making Childline visible in all government offices through wall painting, to appoint lawyer for Childline Mon through DLSA, to create child friendly corners in Police stations, procuring rescue van for Childline Mon, awareness and sensitization programmes. 
The meeting also witnessed the launch of NCSR 2020-21 by Deputy Commissioner Mon and a presentation on scenario of children in Mon by Childline Mon.
