The closing ceremony programme of Peren District 7th Inter Departmental Badminton Tournament was held on 6th November, 2021 at Indoor Badminton Stadium, Jalukie. The occasion was graced by Deputy Commissioner Peren, Sentiwapang Aier, NCS.

In Men's Single, Anozo Viswentso (Prison) emerged as the champion, while Sidibo (Social Welfare) was declared as the runner up.

In Men's Double, Haidingsap Mpom & Jacob Siang (9th IR, Saijang) emerged as winnner, while Asembe Mbungcha & Irangzaing (PWD) bagged the runner up.

In Women's Double, Lhingneivah Hangsing & Lhingneithem Singson (SDEO) bagged the 1st position, while Haikiamle & Iramheile (Social Welfare) were declared as runner up.

In Mixed Double, Chungkhokai Singson & Lhingneithem Singson (SDEO) came in 1st place, while Samrang & Pelunwi R. Newmai stood runner up.

The winners and runner's up were awarded cash prize, medals and certificates by the Deputy Commissioner, Peren in the presence of ADC Jalukie, ADC Peren and other dignitaries. The DC also congratulated the winners and appreciated all the participants.

The programme was chaired by SDO, PWD (R&B) Peren, Er. Asembe Mbungcha while vote of thanks was delivered by DSO Peren, Asekho Talie.
