The closing programme of the 74th Republic day state level function was held at Nagaland Civil Secretariat Plaza, Kohima with Home Commissioner, Abhijit Sinha, IAS as the special guest. 

In Parade Contingents, Assam Police bagged the first position while 15th NAP (IR) Mahila BN and 37 Bn BSF were awarded second and third positions respectively. In the Exhibition Stalls, Agriculture Department bagged the first position while second and third were bagged by Department of Land Resources and Department of Veterinary & Animal Husbandry respectively.

An exhibition football match was played between IGS Academy Girls XI and NASA 'C' Girls XI. The match was won by the IGS Academy Girls XI with a score line of five goals to zero.

            A band display was presented by the  Nagaland Police Training School Brass Band, 1 Assam Rifles pipe band, Nagaland Police Auxiliary Brass Band and the 15th NAP (IR) Mahila Pipe Band.

The programme concluded with beating of Retreat.
