Constitution Day at PHQ Kohima

Constitution day was commemorated at PHQ, Kohima, on 26th November 2020 with DGP, T. John Longkumer IPS as the chief host. On the occasion, IGP (Headquarter) administered the pledge to the gathering to uphold the Preamble to the Constitution of India.
