The office of the Assistant Register of Cooperative Societies (ARCS) Longleng held the launching programme of the Cooperative Marketing Pickup Vans financed under Integrated Cooperative Development Project (ICDP) 2020-2021, at DCs office premises on 13thSeptember 2021,with M.Shayung Phom Deputy Commissioner and Chairman DLCC, ICDP Longleng, M.Shayung Phom as special guest. The DC acknowledged the department for providing financial assistance to the needy farmers living in rural areas for their economic upliftment. He also advised the beneficiary societies to make good use of the vehicle and to repay the loan on time and urged them to work unitedly for the progress and expansion of the societies and sat good example for other cooperative societies to fallow in the days ahead. The beneficiaries of the Pickup trucks were (a) Yachem village Integrated Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd, and (b) Mongtikang Village Integrated Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd.
