The Monthly Coordination meeting of Chiephobozou Sub-Division was held on 10th September 2025 at the DB's Court, Chiephobozou, Kohima District.

Chairing the Meeting ADC, Chiephobozou, Alemyapang Longchar stressed on the need of improvements of staff attendance and requested all the department under Chiephobozou Sub-division to be at Station and perform their duties deficiently for the Citizens. He also suggested the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Chiephobozou to create awareness with all the Village Council Chairmen in regard to health care of cattles, animal diseases and treatment of sick animals. He also reminded the departments that do not have a land patta  to submit a proposal of land to the Office of the ADC Chiephobozou  for taking up the issues to the State Level. He thanked all the department officials and HoOs for their coordination and initiative for the grand success of Independence Day Celebration.

After the Sub-divisional Meeting, a Cyber Security Awareness Program was conducted by faculty members of NIELIT Kohima where the Resource Person, Principal Forensic Analyst, NIELIT, Atoshe Lohe  emphasized on how to report a cyber-crime in India, he said one can file a complaint using online portal such as www.cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930. Another Resource person, Joint Director, NIELIT, A Morimenba Amer highlighted the types of modern cybercrime threads, social engineering attacks, etc.

The members also welcomed newly posted 10 NAP (IR) BN Commandant, Kenesa and Assistant Commandant 4 NAP Thizama, Neisezolie while the Chiephobozou Town Council Chairman, Khrielelie Kerhuo exhorted the members and asked the government employees to be present in their respective office to address the public grievances. Departmental activities were also highlighted by Assistant Surgeon, Veterinary Dispensary, Chiephobozou, Dr. N. Suokhrie.
