A coordination meeting was held at Jakhama, Kohima at SDO(C) office on 11 April 2023. Department activities and other related matters were presented to Kevipodi Sophie, Member of Legislative Assembly from 14th Southern Angami-I Assembly Constituency.

During the meeting, the MLA said that the first priority should be the people and that the Government servants are expected to be dutiful and held responsibility for their works. He urged all the officers posted at Jakhama to work sincerely for the upliftment of the people and asked them to be at their place of posting.

SDO(C) Jakhama and the heads of offices highlighted the activities and also shared the grievances of their respective departments which were duly noted by the MLA and assured them that he will look into the problems faced by the department.
