Tseminyu Sub-divisional Task force for covid-19 headed by ADC W. Manpai Phom as chairman, held meeting at ADC conference hall on 19th August 2020.

The meeting deliberated on the present Government SOP for Covid-19, and resolved to continue management of quarantine centres at Tseminyu Town. However the returnees would pay for their daily food and the cost of basic requirements following new SOP/Covid-19, that is as per dated 8th August 2020 Chairman District task Force and Deputy Commissioner Kohima Office notification.

The meeting decided that in the interest of public safety and take continue effort for effective measure to prevent the spread of Covid-19 the Sub-div Task Force will conduct mass awareness campaign in the Sub-division by spreading general awareness of wearing mask and all necessary SOP rules. Further, the meeting also discussed about idea for improvement of waste management in Tseminyu Town.

All the concerned members of Sub-Divisional Covid-19 Task Force which includes, Dept heads of Offices, Chairman Rengma Hoho, Executive Secretary CRBC and various NGOs/Public leaders of Rengma attended the meeting. The meeting was conducted by ADC and Chairman Task Force for Covid-19.
