In the morning session of the third day of Hornbill Festival, Lt. Gen. Ravin Khosla AVSM, SM, VSM, General Commanding officer, 4 Corps, Tezpur was the guest of honour and Minister for Public Health Engineering, Jacob Zhimomi and Advisor Sericulture, Excise and Minority Affairs, Zhaleo Rio were the hosts  on 3rd December 2021 at Kisama.

The following tribes performed their colourful traditional dances and music during the day-long cultural extravaganza: Zeliang Cultural Troupe (Charing Lin), Kuki (Suhta Cam), Yimkhiung Cultural Troupe (Wochak Khintam), Sumi Cultural Troupe (Apilo Kuwo), Sangtam Cultural Troupe (Sangtam throngrü Nyichi khi), Rengma Cultural Troupe ( Loshü Khwe), Kachari Cultural Troupe (Chotrolee folk dance), Pochury cultural troupe (Tenon Pasu), Chakesang cultural troupe (Tukhuhe)

During the Afternoon session, cultural performances were presented by the Ao Cultural troupe with the title Naga Wadir Yar (Naga Wadir's Dance), Phom cultural troupe performed Kyong-Nya-Yong (Graceful dance), Konyak cultural troupe Yah Lahpu (Head hungting), Lotha cultural troupe presented Rice bounding folk song while Khiamniungan cultural troupe performed Po-Hoi Jihang (Dormitory song), Garo cultural troupe presented quarrel dance and Chang cultural troupe performed Khüngkhün wansatyung (traditional way of fire making). The hosts for the evening cultural program were Minister for Planning and Coordination, Land Revenue, Neiba Kronu and Advisor Skill Development, Labour and Employment, CAWD, Kazheto Kinimi.
