TUENSANG:
The launching programme of Dharti Aaba Abhiyan - awareness and Saturation Campaign for Tuensang district begins at Hakchang village, Sangsangyu Block under Tuensang on 17th June 2025. The launching program was attended by EAC Tuensang and District Nodal Officer for Dharti Aaba Abhiyan, Er. Moasanen Imsong and EAC Sangsangyu, Toking Yimchunger along with officials from various Line Departments, Banks and Post Office.
The campaign covered 7 villages namely Sangsangyu, Maksha, Hakchang, Nyinyem, Kejok, Konya and Momching village under Tuensang district.
Altogether 10 departments participated in the launching programme with an aim to spread awareness and provide saturation of services such as Indira Gandhi Old Age Pension Scheme, Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme, Indira Gandhi National Disability pension scheme, PMMVY, PM Kisan, Kisan Credit Cards, Ration Card, CMHIS/ Ayushman Bharat registration and card generation, MNREGA, CMMFI loan, Jan Dhan Accounts, Mudra Loan, IPPB, PM Vishwakarma registration, Aadhaar enrolment and corrections, issuing of ST/ Indigenous / PRC certificate.
The Awareness and Saturation campaign for Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan which started at Hakchang village will continue over till 30th June, 2025 covering 36 villages. The overall focus and objective of the campaign is to ensure that tribal communities receive full access and benefit from the different Government welfare schemes.
