DACPU ORGANISES TRAINING AT TUENSANG  

District AIDS Prevention and Control Unit (DAPCU) Tuensang under the Nagaland State AIDS Control Society (NSACS) in Collaboration with Tuensang District Legal Services Authority (TDLSA) Organised Training on 22nd March 2023 at DC's Conference Hall Tuensang.

District Programme Officer DACPU Tuensang, Chongshen gave a statistical Powerpoint presentation on the Status of the Tuensang District. Birila Brianna Penal Lawyer Tuensang District Legal Services Authority (TDLSA) highlighted the HIV and AIDS Act 2017, which stated that no person can be discriminated against on the ground of occupation, Health, Education, and Property right, Prohibition of certain Acts like hate speech and violence, Disclosure of HIV Positive to Partner, Defining the scope of Ombudsman, protection in Legal Proceedings and penalties on violation of right.
