DC & DEO TUENSANG ISSUES ORDER FOR POLLING PERSONNEL TRAINING

In exercise of the power conferred under Section 26 of the Representation of People Act 1951, Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Tuensang, Nokchasashi has drafted the government employees under Tuensang district to perform the election duty as presiding officer, 1st polling officer, 2nd polling officer, 3rd polling officer, and grade IV in connection to the conduct of ensuing General Election to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly, 2023.

The schedule of the training for 1st round will be held from 2nd to 3rd February 2023. The 2nd round of training will be held from 16th - 17th February 2023, 3rd and the final round of training will be held from 21st to 22nd February 2023. All the Heads of Offices under the Tuensang District have been directed to depute all the listed officials under their respective establishments to attend training positively. Any department officials who fail to attend the Election training/duties shall be prosecuted under the Election Laws.
