DC DIMAPUR CONVENES MEETING OF HODs

Deputy Commissioner Dimapur, Rajesh Soundararajan IAS, convened a meeting of all HODs under Dimapur district today, 3rd August 2021, in the conference of DC Dimapur. The meeting was held for chalking out the program for the ensuing 75th Independence Day Celebration. 

In pursuance with the Home department's directive, DC Dimapur informed that number of people for attending the Independence Day celebration would be regulated whereby social distance and other Covid appropriate behaviours would be maintained. He however directed the HODs for instructing the staffs for attending the programme to mark the special occasion of 75th Independence Day.

Work distribution was assigned to different departments for successful celebration of the programme. Marking the 75th Anniversary a number of activities would be taken up between August 9th to 14th as per Home Department's directive. In this regard the meeting discussed for organizing workshops, Rallies, tree plantation, cleanliness drives, essay and painting competition by different departments and Road Safety Rally by Traffic Police, CPs office and other innovative activities in tune with the theme would be carried out in DImapur district.
